Customer Service Bootcamps
Three fifths of consumers believe customer service isn’t seen as being important enough (IWP survey). Customer at the Heart Champion of Champions
Our awards for excellence in customer service have proved a huge hit across the country. We opened voting to find a champion of champions across three categories: Retail, Food & Drink and Lifestyle & Culture. These votes closed last week, and have been totalled to find our winner. Details are to be announced Tuesday 2nd October.
Customer at the Heart Awards
We continue to accept nominations to recognise excellence in customer service. The awards are described as follows: There are independent businesses the length and breadth of Britain who put their customers first. They battle against the out of town shopping centres, the major multinational brands and the challenges facing the high street by making themselves stand out.Their stores are a destination, a must-visit because their level of service elevates them from the competition. Their passion for ensuring they make their customers lives a bit easier, that they give them cheer and add some colour sees them succeed where many others fail. Nominations can be made here.
Customer Service Survey
We want to gauge what the Great British Public thinks about the customer service they get week in, week out through our survey. It’s quick and easy to complete, and we really appreciate your feedback to help make customer service better. Our survey can be found here.
Research
Through current results from our survey, conducting mystery shops, and a series of retail clinics (held earlier this year across Yorkshire), we are always researching and providing facts and backup for our own advice. Founding Partner Kate Hardcastle travelled to the USA to investigate the differences and preconceptions about customer service on an international basis (her diary is available here). Our Customer at the Heart Presentation, TV & Media
Our team also run a presentation/seminar dedicated to engaging your customers through customer service. We have presented this worldwide to much acclaim, and as a result appearing in the media through Sky News, ITV, and the BBC. We also have secured newspaper and radio coverage, and are working as experts on the Channel 4 series Battlefront.
