Free Retail Workshop with Insight with Passion’s founder and retail business expert Kate Hardcastle.

The workshop will focus on how to create an excellent experience for the customer, and understand their needs to increase your sales. After the workshop, there will be chance for members to visit The Deep, one of the most spectacular aquariums in the world and home to a whopping 6,500 fish including Europe’s only pair of green sawfish, spectacular sharks and rays.

The event is open to businesses who are members of Welcome to Yorkshire. Please note that these workshops are very popular and places are limited, two people per organisation will be able to attend the workshops.
